Carrots squat

• The participants were divided into four groups

• every group make a circle and give the name to differentiate them.

• For example:green carrot,white carrot,red carrot,blue carrot.

• Randomly choose a group people to start the games.

• Example:white carrot squat first,when they squat they read "white carrot squat,white carrot squat,white carrot squat then turn green carrots squat".After that green carrot group do the same things but they cannot shout the white carrots group.
